Enabling Qt Quick makes it impossible to create new projects

1. Enable the QtQuick Plugin in the Help->Plugins window
2. Restart Qt Creator
3. Try to create a new project
4. A "let's create something wonderful with Qt design studio" popup shows up, that's largely empty, and allows the user to only click "cancel".
5. It's impossible to create a project and the user is confused

This can be fixed by disabling the StudioWelcome plugin, but that was hard to discover.

Perhaps StudioWelcome should be disabled by default, or fixed to not be empty and blocking for the user
