In the Debugger View there is a vertical splitter at the bottom of the debugger title bar that seems to be useless.

I never managed to split / re-size something with this:

It's more, that I very often grab this splitter to resize the editor window in debug mode. 

Well, only a few pixels up – at the top of this bar – there is another splitter that is the one I want to use: it helps to resize the editor window above.

What would be missing if the "useless" splitter would be removed?
