Windows Android Kits are not registered correctly to Qt Creator 7.0.0

    Description

      This affects Qt 5.15.9 and 6.3.0-RC testing. The Windows Android Kits are not registered correctly. Please see the (poor) image attached from a machine, where this was tested.
