Change of Build Output Directory Ignored

      Changing the default-provide build output directory does not update the output directory for Build Steps and Clean Steps.  Also, changing the Working directory does not update the location of the executable.  I have attempted multiple time to clear the CMake Configuration but the default output folders persist no matter what I do.
