ClangFormat Editor: "Override Clang Format configuration file" option is not deactivated by OK

In Editor Code Style / ClangFormat tab:

Checkmark the optiont: Override Clang Format configuration file

Press Ok

Expected: should use the activated option

Result: does not use the activated option

You first have to press "Apply" to make the chosen option valid before pressing Ok.

This does not consent with the other UX in "Tools->Options"
