Long executable names prevent resizing Run Settings splitter

A long executable name seems to result in the middle widget's minimum width preventing resizing of the splitter to the right. This is an issue because it means e.g. the Details button for the Environment section is sometimes hidden.

Would it be possible to elide the name will still allowing the full un-elided path to be copied?
