Number of times editor window splits should be limited

When trying to split editor window many times (about 20 times), Qt Creator starts to get laggy and spends lots of time to process any changes. If the window is splitted a few more times, Qt Creator is not usable anymore as it takes forever to process. (Note: the number of splits to cause usability issue may be smaller in lower processing capability computer or while working on a heavy project)

Although this situation may not happen in general use cases, the number of times editors can be splitted should be limited to a reasonable number to ensure operational quality in all kind of situation.
