qtcreator crash myapp then i stopping it

steps to reproduce:

1. run my app with signal handler SIGTERM and SIGINT (Ctrl+R)
2. stop with "red" button
3. qtcreator prints what myapp crashed

if i kill myapp from outside console - it exits without error
