Docker: is not possible to set mkspec from kit settings without error message

    Description

      There is field: 

      "Qt mkspec" for each Kit settings.

      In case of creation Docker based kit, setting field "Qt mkspec"  to any value leads to error message:

       

      Problem is Qt creator (according source code) is checking "Qt mkspec" via Desktop system paths, but it should check Docker paths.
