When single stepping, option to lock the current line in the middle of the window

When you single step a number of lines, eventually you get to bottom of the window, and you can't see what the next line to be executed will be without manually scrolling down.

Add an option so the current line is locked to the middle of the window (or 2/3rds down) so you can always see the previous lines and what's coming next.
