Debugger crash after attached to running app

      1. Start  tests/manual/debugger/gui/gui.prodebugger_crash.mp4
      2. Attach debugger to rinning app

      Real behavior: 

             The debugger crashed after a few seconds of attachment

      Expected behavior:

             Debugger attached, stack traces, variable values, and code markers are seen just as if you had run the application in the debugger from the beginning. A user should also be able to pause/continue the execution.
