When a medium to large project is loaded. Qt Creator starts doing indexing/parsing etc and it consumes all cpu and user will have to wait for quite some time to finish it.

The tiny x button which gets visible when mouse is hovered is also tricky to click because many other progressbars keep coming and channing. Even if x is clicked it does nothing parsing/indexing progress bar keeps showing and cpu usage does not come down.

It seems no way to start building without going through these parsing/scanning/indexing etc
