No folding markers column for xml file opened in separate window

    Description

      For xml file open in main editor folding markers are correctly displayed.

      After opening same file in new window (menu Window/Open in New Window) folding markers column is not visible.

      On the other hand, folding by keyboard works, but folds are toggled in both windows simultaneously.
       
      Same problem exists for other files, e.g. Tcl
