I built Qt for Android on an M1 MacBook Pro with these configure arguments:

-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DFEATURE_developer_build=ON -DQT_BUILD_TESTS=ON -DQT_BUILD_TESTS_BY_DEFAULT=OFF -DQT_BUILD_EXAMPLES=ON -DQT_BUILD_EXAMPLES_BY_DEFAULT=OFF -DANDROID_ABI=arm64-v8a -DANDROID_SDK_ROOT=/Users/mitch/Library/Android/sdk -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=/Users/mitch/Library/Android/sdk/ndk/22.1.7171670/build/cmake/android.toolchain.cmake

When I import the build into Creator as a Qt Version, I get this error:

These are my Android settings:

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
