Git Branches view shows "No Repository", although project under git control is opened

    Description

      When I open project (which is under source control) in Qt Creator, while the "Git Branches" view is open, I sometimes get a "No Repository" view.

      Closing and re-opening the "Git Branches" view fixes the issue.
