Can't find qmlimportscanner when building examples for android

      Getting build error qmlimportscanner not found when building examples on windows for android. Tested building for arm64-v8a and x86_64 android.

       

      Error: qmlimportscanner not found at C:/Qt/6.4.0/mingw_64/bin/qmlimportscanner
