Qt Creator hang when stopping debugging

1. Enable "Run in Terminal", [Build & Run -> General]
2. Start debugging
3. When any breakpoint hit, Stop debugging
4. Qt Creator hang

I have to switch to the opened terminal window, close it manually, then qtcreator will continue running. I think qtcreator should close the debugging terminal window automatically, just as previous versions.
