Add option to change file names when changing class name

      When performing a "Rename Symbol Under Cursor" action on a class, it would be very nice if I was given the option to also rename the files in which the class is declared/defined. This option would:

      • Rename the .h/.cpp (using version control if it is enabled).
      • Change all references to these file names in the project.

      I did search for dupes on this one but only found similar, but not equivalent, reported issues.
