Disable accepting wheel events of QComboBox on the Build Settings

      Build Settings has many settings on scroll view.

      When one uses mouse wheel to scroll up and down, mouse pointer can be on one of QComboBoxes such as "Separate debug info" unintentionally.

      Then, QComboBox changes its currentIndex and says "The option will only take effect if the project is recompiled. Do you want to recompile now?" accidentally.

       

      It would be nice if we can disable it. Or prevent it while base view has been scrolling at least.
