Make it possible to minimize clangd progress

    Description

      When opening large projects, clangd will be running for a long time (20-30 minutes). While it is running it has a progress bar which obscures other UI elements. In particular, there doesn't seem to be any way to click the "replace all" button while this is running.

      It would be great if the progress bar could be hidden or moved somewhere where it is not obscuring other UI elements.
