Run attached example and go into file->settings (change).
This will restart the program and close it. However, Qt Creator close the restarted (non-debugged) instance.
Verified on Windows - not tried on other platforms.
I could not find a setting for this (though it may exist). To me this is unexpected (should not be default behavior) and it caused me searching for a program bug.
