      Description

      Using the clangd provided by debian testing, the autocomplete for header includes does not begin after typing the leading " or <. It will also not show subdirectory suggestions without first typing a character.

      .. Unless I type fast; If I type the "SSH/ at ~120wpm, then it will show as follows:

      /usr/bin/clangd-15 --version
      Debian clangd version 15.0.0-++20220509105605+460fc79a080b-1~exp1
      Features: linux+grpc
      Platform: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
