Android deployment device selection does not work

    Description

      The Android device button in QtCreator is marked with a red dot and deployment fails with this message:

      12:11:02: Initializing deployment to Android device/simulator
12:11:02: The deployment device "SM-G9880" is disconnected.
Error while building/deploying project qtvtm_cmake (kit: Android Qt 6.4.0 Clang arm64-v8a)
When executing step "Deploy to Android device"

      Deployment with an older QtCreator version (5.0.3) works fine.
