Debugging with Qt creator doesn't work

I did manual testing. After installation of Qt6.4 updates debugging from qtcreator doesn't work anymore.

The Qt Creator version:

Qt Creator 8.0.1
Based on Qt 6.3.1 (GCC 10.3.1 20210422 (Red Hat 10.3.1-1), x86_64)
Built on Aug 11 2022 01:10:15

 Tested:

 Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS Desktop 

 How reproduce:

• Installed the latest Qt from online installer
• Start Qt Creator from the installation
• Choose example for version under testing are available in Creator
• Compile an example with Qt Creator by using Qt version under testing
• Put debug breakpoint in example with Qt Creator
• Run F5

Expected result - Enteres in debug mode and waiting on Breakpoint

Actual result - Debuging is not started
