Disable using refactored MCU Support code for versions less than 9.0.0

    Description

      The refactored McuSupport code (non-legacy) was not shiped working untill QtC 9.0.0 and it is intended to be used by MCU versions 2.3 and up. so when using QtCreator 8.0.1  it is picking a non-working refactored code (only for 2.3+) is used

       

      The solution is to disable picking the non-legacy code (when 2.3 is used) for supported old QtCreator versions
