Sources generated using add_custom_command(OUTPUT ...) in a cmake project do not show up in the project explorer. In fact, in the attached test project the target using the source does not show at all. If another (non-generated) source file is added, it shows, but it still does not show the generated source.

Expected behavior: Target is shown, and the generated source is listed in the project explorer.
