IAR 9.20.4 toolchain is not detected in Qt Creator

      The old version of IAR toolchain (8.50.6) has been detected automatically in Qt Creator, but the new version (9.20.4) was not.

      Test environment:

      • Windows 11
      • Qt Creator 8.0.1 or Qt Creator 9.0.0-beta1
      • IAR Embedded Workbench for Arm 9.20.4

      I saw the registry info of the new IAR toolchain changed. It seems to affect the toolchain detection.
