Unable to run the application on desktop from QTC

      Qt for MCUs version - 2.3.0

      Host - Windows

      Unable to run the application from Qt Creator built with Qt for MCU Desktop MSVC kit on windows desktop.

      Steps to reproduce - 
      1) Open QTC

      2) Create the MCU desktop MSVC kit (I've to create the kit manually due to an existing bug https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTCREATORBUG-28281)

      3) Build any demo by selecting this kit

      4) Click on the Run button

      The following error pop-up will be displayed.
