Option for pausing clangd indexing (e.g. during build)

    Description

      Looks like clangd indexing can grab lots of CPU on some systems.

      Qt Creator could optionally pause indexing during build automatically, or the progress indicator could get a "pause" functionality which users could use to "pause" and "continue" indexing.

      "Pausing" for clangd indexing would mean restarting the server with the corresponding options each time.
