"inherits" key in CMakePresets.josn don't work

    Description

      1. Open the attached project and select the default preset

      Results: The configure fails because the "inherits" array in the default preset is ignored.
      Expected Results: The project should configure and build correctly, just like it does with cmake --preset default.
