MinGW desktop kit is not autogenerated in QTC

    Description

      QUL version - 2.3.0 (d12100fa33f8912e546ca93eb41e509aabe4b6b9)

      The MinGW desktop kit is not autogenerated and the QTC shows the following error 

      Qt for MCUs: Error creating kit for target Qt for MCUs 2.3 - Desktop 32bpp (MINGW), package MinGW Toolchain: Path %{QtDir}\Tools\mingw1120_64 does not exist.

      The MinGW toolchain is present in the path <Qt install dir>\Tools\mingw1120_64

      If I try to create the kit manually then the kit can be created.
