Menu fonts too big

      On Windows Qt Creator 9.0.0 Menu fonts are too big (see screenshot below).

      On Arch Linux with KDE Plasma desktop environment, Qt Creator 9.0.0 looks fine on the same computer.

      This is a regression. No Qt Creator 9.0 beta's or release candidates showed this issue on Windows.

      On both Windows and Linux, Qt Creator was installed using the online Qt Maintenance Tool.
