      Unable to input Chinese But other software in the system can input Chinese,Both QT development programs and QT creator IDE can not input Chinese

      无法输入中文，但是操作系统的其它软件可以输入中文

      无论是QT 开发的程序，还是QT creator IDE 匀不能输入中文
