[CMake Presets] Parsing CMake presets will stuck QtCreator for some time

    Description

      I found that if a project has a complex CMake presets file, QtCreator will stop responding when parsing it. This is not a good experience for sure. Can we make it run on the background and show a waiting UI instead?
