Android debugger does not work

    Description

      Qt 6.4.1 - does not work ANYWHERE (maybe, except arm-v8a: I did not test it, I have no such device to test).

      Qt 6.2.4 - works on Intel system. Does NOT work on AMD Ryzen7 system. (Full reinstall of Android Studio + all its components helped. Maybe the culprit was an incompatible version of build tools / command line tools).

      Windows 10.
