Crash when drag action on UI design

      To repro this:

      1. Create an empty qt project with a QMainWindow
      2. Switch to design tab
      3. Create a menu and 3 action in menu
      4. drag one of 3 action to swap action

      And view will frozen or sometimes crash.

      I had upgrade Qt-Creator to 9.0.1, it works well. Rencently I upgrade Qt-Creator to 10.0.0 bu the bug appears again. Is there a way to install 9.0.1?
