License file missing in the Qt Creator enterprise source package

      When building Qt Creator enterprise 9.0.1 from source, I get an CMake error because of a missing license file ("LICENSE.GPL3-EXCEPT")

      CMake Error at packaging/CMakeLists.txt:14 (file):
 file Cannot hard link
 'qt-creator-enterprise-src-9.0.1/packaging/../LICENSE.GPL3-EXCEPT'
 as it does not exist.

      This is the package I used:

      qt-creator-enterprise-src-9.0.1.tar
