This fails in remote case to an embedded device. Looks like there is an empty "" passed after record, which perf interprets as the program to run which then fails:

"perf" ("record", "", "-o", "-", "--", "/opt/untitled/bin/untitled")
Workload failed: No such file or directory

In CPU Usage settings everything seems to be default and resetting also didn't make a difference.
