Qml import Complains about C++ plugins and tries to scan them

    Description

      Randomly Qt Creator decides it has to scan imports for C++ plugins and the scanning lasts forever.  The project does build but this is an annoying bug and I'm not sure it doesn't get in the way of my project working.

      I've tried some of the suggested solutions I found searching but none seem to work.  I appears it's been around for a long time.
