Always getting error that the project file could not be updated

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any Android project.
      2. Expand 'Build Android APK' from the build steps.
      3. Click on 'Create Templates'
      4. Click 'Yes to All' or 'No to All'

       

      Expected: The project file should be updated.

       

      Actual: No matter what option I click I always see the error that the project file could not be updated. Even though I'm always taken to the Android Manifest GUI editor.
