When exporting/importing C++ or Qt Quick setting - the file dialog always open in main disk instead of home

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Qt Creator preferences
      2. Navigate to C++ or Qt Quick tab.
      3. Click Export/Import.
      4. See where the file dialog opens.

      Expected: The file dialog should open the home directory (at least it points to the home when creating a new project) - on Linux, it opens the home.

       Actual: File dialog start in the hard drive directory. 

      Reproducibility:  100%
