Context menu missing in "Call Hierarchy" panel

      I would like to see a context menu similar to Type Hierarchy for the Call Hierarchy panel.

      Double clicking on the Entry in the Type Hierarchy refreshes the Type Hierarchy for the new chosen entry.

      Would this be nice for the Call Hierarchy, too?
