Qt Quick Application/Mobile Application wizard: Generated code is sub-optimal.

As already discussed with the maintainer (AP):

• MainWindow/ApplicationViewer::enum Orientation hides Qt::Orientation, value 'Auto' is not in line with Qt conventions (cf: Qt::LayoutDirectionAuto)
• explicit constructors, 'virtual MainWindow~'
• the additional code should have comments saying "This is part of the (whatever) editor required for QML-Applications, do not edit, etc). Most important, make clear what it actually is
