imported components don't show in qml designer

      Opening tests/manual/qml/testfiles/usingbutton.qml in the designer does not show the red rectangle. In the navigator, the MyButton gets a question mark icon and the 'Properties' pane says 'none or multiple items selected' when it is selected.
