Qt Creator ships with an unsigned copy of openglsw32.dll

    Description

      Using the official installer:

      • C:\Qt\6.4.2\msvc2019_64\bin\opengl32sw.dll is signed by "The Qt Company Oy" (future signatures will soon be upgraded from SHA1 to SHA256 – see QTBUG-108774)
      • However, C:\Qt\Tools\QtCreator\bin\openglsw32.dll is completely unsigned
