    Description

      The Qt Creator executables and plugins are not digitally signed.

      The Qt dlls are digitally signed.

      On my Ryzen 9 3950x with Windows 10 when loading the Qt Creator 10 source code for the first time (or after flushing the file cache), Qt Creator would freeze up to 15 seconds.
