Run button available during flashing operation

Using QtCreator 10-beta2

Flashing the motor cluster demo on 1170 takes quite a while. There is no indication that flashing is in progress, other than the "Application output" blinking red.

The impatient user might click on the run button again, which starts a 2nd flashing operation making both runs to fail.
Either abort the first operation before starting the next, or disable the run button while flashing is running, or raise a warning that it is not a good idea to click again, or show the progress somewhere noticeable.
