Old Kits are visible and/or selectable in QtC

    Description

      I had 2.1.1 and 2.2.2 installation but I removed them using the maintenance tool and installed 2.3.0 but when creating new application, the old kits are still visible and 2.2 is selectable.

      QtCreator version 8.0.2
