adb.exe is not terminated on QtC exit

      There are `adb.exe` processes after QtC startup:

      1. "adb.exe  track-devices"
      2. "adb -L tcp:5037 fork-server server --reply-fd 564"

      But on exit the 2-nd process is not terminating.
