Call hierarchy should show class names / namespaces for entries

      In the call hierarchy panel, only the method names are shown.

      It would be helpful to see the class names (if the caller is a class method).
      If class names are shown, maybe namespaces would be an option, too.
      Sorting by class name would be nice, too.
      Filtering by class name / namespaces would be nice, too.
